David Thomas Testifies before Ohio House Committee

My fellow Ohioans for Payday Loan Reform members and I spent several hours in Columbus testifying to share the experiences of those taken advantage of by the Payday Loan industry. No issue is black and white, but the concerns of Ashtabula County and rural Ohio were certainly heard by the Representatives! It was a pleasure testifying.
