Meet the Incoming Team: Dennis Huey

As we prepare to take office March 11th, I am pleased to begin introducing you to the incoming Managers! I also would like to take the opportunity to thank the current Auditor and his staff for a transition that has been extremely helpful and informative.

Dennis Huey will be our Real Estate Manager overseeing the office's Real Estate Division and all conveyance/valuation/and other real estate matters.

Dennis is a 1977 Graduate of Kent State with an Associate Degree in Finance.

He has been in the appraisal profession since 1976 and is a Licensed Residential Appraiser with the State of Ohio. In addition, he served 16 years as a Township Trustee in Kingsville. He and his wife Sharon currently live in Kingsville.
