New Conveyance Policy to Give Certainty in Low Value Transfers

Effective Monday May 13, the Auditor's Office will have a new policy for transfers of property significantly below appraised value. This new guideline was the result of input from many individuals and is designed to give more certainty to residents while providing needed information our office uses for state reporting and tax district valuations.

This Low Value Policy is just one of many ways we're making the Ashtabula County Auditor's office more customer focused.
