Property Tax Reform

"I speak with too many seniors, farmers, and others who are at risk of being taxed out of their homes. This should never happen in Ohio. Our property tax system is out of control and unfairly places the burden on those who can least afford it."

I championed and led the Property Tax Reform efforts in the Ohio Legislature. The first major reforms in 50 years will save Ohioans $3.8 billion in just three years with much more savings to come. 

Conservative Values

I am a small government conservative who cares about tax relief, limiting government’s power, infrastructure, and ensuring that our fundamental rights are protected. My top policy focus is Property Tax relief- our seniors, farmers, and homeowners have been unfairly carrying the weight.

I know how to help reform the system and have led in my freshman year at important reforms and legislation. But we need so much more and I’m ready to fight for you!
