Promises Made, Promises Kept to You!

Property Tax Reform, Unleashing Ohio Energy, More Tax Cuts, Record Dollars back to the 65th, and Great Customer Service!
I promised to you that I would lead with good customer service and focus on the areas of Property Tax Reform, Energy, and bringing dollars back. We've done just this!
I led the Property Tax Reform efforts this General Assembly, doing more for property owners than the last 50 years with a rework of the local government funding system, savings of $3.8 Billion to taxpayers just in 3 years and more growing, and a security to know the last 6 years of spikes and huge tax increases will not happen again.
Serving as Ways and Means Vice Chair, I had stood in the way of more taxes on you, more spending, and constantly combat government growth. I also worked with members for a successful Income Tax cut in the state saving $1.5 Billion yearly for you.
I have led with policies to end the cost shift of Data Center Energy costs (HB 706), created a consumer protection framework on an energy industry for renters that had not existed, and through membership on the Energy Committee, helped with bills to unleash Ohio's energy to get more electrons on the grid to lower bills.
Advocated for over $4 Million to come back to us in direct state budget allocations to projects in the 65th District, a record.
