Thomas, Kozlowski Testify for Oversight & Accountability for Governor Health Orders

Ashtabula County Auditor David Thomas and County Commissioner Casey Kozlowski travelled to Columbus on Wednesday, February 24th to give testimony to the Ohio House State and Local Government Committee in support of Ohio House Bill 90, Establish legislative oversight over Governor's and health orders Bill. This bill would create a Legislative Committee with the authority to give oversight and set limits on what is now, unilateral actions and mandates by the Governor and State Department of Health.

You can read my testimony below. I shared this testimony with our legislators in Columbus to give a voice to many who are frustrated with the unchecked orders and regulations coming from Columbus and the Governor's Office.
